[SOLVED] 1.00.7U3: Big oil consumption problem

Take some air units to attack anything and check your oil stockpile after each attack.
The oil use parameter is no longer taken into account.

The oil stockpile is even not impacted.

I must have fat fingered a line of code. I'll fix it and get a new version up within 2 hours. I have no idea how I erased it. I know I was fixing something in air attacks.
