Multiplayer issues starting PBEM game

I did post this in the tech forum, but I thought I would post it here as well in case somebody else had experienced the issue and solved it.


We both upgraded to 1.00.006 Beta 074U and got the campaigns updated as well. Still can't get a PBEM game started.

- can accept challenge
- when go to start turn 0 it says loading scenario
- then goes to main menu and nothing ...
- if I go back to the multiplayer area, it starts loading and back to main menu again

**no matter what side, same results on either of our ends for any scenario.

Would be nice to at least get some sort of error message...

Note: my friend just consolidated his Matrix and Slitherine accounts, but that should not matter?

Also, we were able to play before in previous version started last month. My friend had his old unconsolidated account back then too.

There was a corruption in U3 that messed things up.

So answer these questions..... can you start an A.I. game?
Can your partner start an A>i. game?
If not then download the current scenario packet and replace.

PM me if this doesn't work. I fixed 4 games today/last night due to the bad beta.

I created a 1939 challenge game as axis. If somebody with the latest version could join and test it. If it works, than I know the issue is mostly likely my friend's end. Maybe something to do with his new consolidated account?

We are on U4. I can start game with AI, asking my friend to try as well.
We just dl'd and replaced our scenarios 15 minutes ago.
