When was TOAW 2 Released?

I'm trying to figure out when TOAW 2 was released. I'm updating a scenario I did for that version and am wondering how long it's been since I actually created it and last saw it. I actually tried to find the program in the store but it's no longer listed.

The Operational Art of War II: Modern Battles 1956–2000 (1999)
The Operational Art of War II: Flashpoint Kosovo (1999)
The Operational Art of War II: Elite Edition (2000)

This might also be considered II:
The Operational Art of War: Century of Warfare (2000)

Of the seven photos of screenshots on the box five have 3d models and only two have the NATO symbols - yet I bet hardly anyone on this forum plays with 3d models now - let alone plays the Standard Rules as opposed to the Advanced Rules.

Had you read the good answers before yours you wouldn't have needed to post this pathetic excuse of an answer. Sorry to disappoint you but I don't play with standard rules or 3D models.
