1.00.7U51 Partisan activity in Poland by Soviets?

Those pesky Soviets operating behing the lines in Poland sabotaging my rail lines! The nerve.
Anyhoo, the description is a bit weird. Should it not be Polish or something?

I will send you a save game, but something wonky is going on that is hard to reproduce somehow.

When I am playing the game and a partisan icon appears as a message in the upper right part of the screen and I click on it this Reconnaisance report box appears like in the screenshot, signaling that a soviet unit is active in a weird spot on the map.

When I save that turn and load that save and I click on the partisan message, no such reconnaissance report appears. Weird.

It seems somewhat random. The recon report is differs location wise.

Ha, I figured it out. The behavior of the icons is different.


Clicking on the icon that signals partisan activity also show the recon report if the mouse pointer is over a unit on the map. So 2 things happen at the same time with 1 mouse click.
