Installation with Windows S mode

Post by Uncivil Engineer »

Is it possible?

I just got a new HP laptop to replace a dead Dell desktop, and this dying HP laptop. Is the "extra" security provided by Windows S mode worth the hassle? I have Norton 360 with VPN, so what's the big deal with S mode? New stuff, old codger - do the math.

Well I have heard that Norton is a memory hog. I use the win10 security and it seems to work fine....GP

Yes, but the question is - can War in the Pacific, Admiral's Edition be installed in Windows S mode?

Never mind - I dumped S mode and went to the full Windows Home edition.
