hei I am new to the game so here is a newbe question
how do I manage the chinese theater seems to be so many chinese units
all my efforts for the war goes there

It is slow moving in China. What is your strategy overall, are you in war with USA yet?

A good start is to bleed them. They usually get less than 200 MPP per turn. Try to inflict more casualties than that, so they are gradually whittled down to the point where they can't afford new units, and then when they can't fully reinforce.

Hit the units near Changshai. Soften them up with your air first, then attack with your armies, swap them out for neighboring units, and attack again. You will likely do significant damage there.

Probe in the south, near Nanjing. If the Chinese aren't reinforcing, it is a huge blow to take the city and cut their railway.

Don't neglect research and buying your own replacements. Don't go in overboard on new units though. You have plenty of things to spend on, and quality can trump quantity, so improving weapons (both sea and land), doctrine, and adding airpower are more cost effective.

There's a lot more, but I have found that these are usually pretty successful moves for me.

the problems here I to missing MMP, I doing research in better weopen, but I dont have any reserve at all to attack french indochina eg.
and if US attack me Iam finish and we only in mid 1940

Can you handle the basics of this game, like swapping units etc.? You can watch some clips how to do things in this game. You should be moving slowly forward in china, odds against the Chinese units are usually like 0 - 3 for your benefit.

In the early part, you will struggle, attack if you have good odds or you think can kill units, esp if taking cities is an option, but otherwise conserve your strength. China gets 150 mpp, but will get 60 more from the US with decision (AI do it 100%), you can choke this by taking nanning, so that is a priority target (not easy one), and later kumming will also enable this trade, so you need to take that too. Each city is important for the chinese economy, so take what you can, airforce can really help with free attacks. This will be the situation until '41, than with the expansion and invasion, you will get lots of extra money, if done well (need to time the invasions, a good one against the AI can take DEI, entire Borneo, Burma, Hong Kong, Philippines, Papua New Ginea and Guadalcanal, as well as some islands and do the PH on turn one, with minimal defense, later all of these will be harder. After this you go from 300-400 mpp to over 600, and suddenly you can take on the Chinese and invade some islands and such, while fighting the US pacific fleet.

You should not need to attack Indochina as the Japanese. As long as you hold on to the town on Hainan (forgetting its name) you will be offered a chance to take over Indochina in summer of 1941, without the need to attack it. US mobilization will go up somewhat, but if you declare war on Indochina and take it that way, US mobilization goes up significantly more.

Indochina gives you some resources, but it's more important as a springboard to attack Brunei, Sarawak, and the Dutch East Indies at the same time you do your Pearl Harbor raid.The oil and convoy income from those regions is vital to Japan's survival.

I find buying the 2 artillery + tech can be very helpful in whittling down entrenchment levels.
