12.04 Soviet Corp building bug

In the picture I was trying to form a corp, I dont have the APs so it wont form. However the 27th guards loose their guards status.

Please provide save if you can. What was the configuration from which you tried to build?

Couldn't duplicate this. I think that unit might have incorrectly configured guards status, and that's why it lost it.
