Hello everybody,

This mod recreates the Lock 'n Load games on the west front, and pacific front. As well as Squad Leader scenarios.

The mod is installed as follows:

Step 1. Make a copy of the original folder of the game, which will normally be in: "C: \ Matrix Games \ Lock n Load Heroes of Stalingrad" And rename it. For example, "Heroes of the WWII"

Step 2. Delete all files .map, except "XBlank Map.map" and "XComplete Blank Map.map" files in "Heroes of the WWII \ maps"

Step 3. Copy all the mod files in the corresponding folders, some files are overwritten. Be careful not to overwrite folders.

Step 4. Make a direct access of the file "C: \ Matrix Games \ Heroes of the WWII \ LockNLoad.exe" and rename it with Heroes of the WWII. And put it on the desk.

Thank you very much for your outstanding job with this mod.

So far and after a quick load of every scenario I only found an error in "Arras", British forces only display briefly at screen at beginning and then dissapear.

You are right, the problem is that the name of the sides is wrong, the side 1 that indicates German is English.

The problem is that the victory conditions are also upside down, it is the German player who has to eliminate the British.

You have it corrected in the second post.

Same issue with HOB Hill 311 scenario. If i select French it gives me Germans with French Objectives and vice versa, French have german objectives....

Hello everyone!

I am going to pass the Squad Leader scenarios to this Mod. It is complicated because the rules of SL are very different from LnL, I will do my best and always looking for a balance, so the number of units will not be faithful to the scenarios of SL. The maps will be a little smaller.

The version 0.1 of Heroes of the WWII mod is now available in this same "threat", in publication # 1:

In it is added:
1) Bug fixes in some scenarios
2) New units for Squad Leader scenarios
3) Three new scenarios
