[FIXED] Torpedo Wire BUG - CMO (Steam-version)

Hello,

The word “WIRE” is not displayed under the submarine icon on the map when using torpedoes controlled by wire.

I don't believe that it is working in the MATRIX download, either for the newest beta release.

I have a Steam version, I checked both on a clean version and installing the latest beta version from this site. Inscription
"WIRE" does not appear above the submarine when launching a torpedo controlled by wire. For example, in CMANO, this function works fine.
