[FIXED] 1142.2 Brother Against Brother special action (SAR) not working

The event does not execute. I am getting the "select both a downed pilot to rescue and a nearby friendly unit" message when I try to execute the SAR special action, with both the SAR helicopter and life raft selected, and parameters seemingly met (helicopter min altitude, hovering, etc). I remember this working in earlier builds. Save is attached.
