Go to Opart IV main community page, there is a link/page devoted to opponents wanted.

Hello, I sent you an email. You can offer challenges to play "on the server" by using the "play online" feature, just be sure to not password your challenge there (so that anyone can accept the challenge.)

If you want to play by email, you can post a challenge or "opponent wanted" in the seeking a game forum
