Checking Transports usage for Germany, the 20 ships are counted here.

END YOUR TURN (I am in hotseat mode). Now go and check the Transports usage for Germany. The 20 ships are no more counted.

I forgot to remove them from minors and do the transport use check for minors.

Let me fix that and reupload.
