Now that I am thinking of it. How do we prevent the contrary?

Take Europe 1942 scenario opening screenshot. Tempting right?

The Red Army has already 60 transport ships. Ten landing ships cost 15 production points.
What is 15 production points for USSR?

Bucharest and Ploesti are not far away from the coast. This could be a deadly move to remove oil supplies of the Axis.

By the way, please correct the typo in Instanbul. This is Istanbul.

Well then the Axis should guard it and the ports. I do every game. I always leave 3 units in Bucharest, Ploesti, and the coast ports.

That's four units then to retrieve elsewhere. Europe 1942 scenario deployment wrongly makes you think you are in security.
