Need Help Starting Game

I'm new to Matrix. A player said he setup a game and I have to approve it...but I have NO idea how to do this. I see other players have said the same thing. For you old hands its second nature I'm sure, but I've spent a fair amount of time trying to figure it out and no luck. So click-by-click-click instructions would be much appreciated. Like riding a bike once you learn you never forget...but I need to get that first instance under my belt. Much appreciated in advance. Thanks, Bob.

If you start the game, then click on PBEM++ Online and this will take you to the PBEM lobby.

(You may need to put in your Matrix log-in and password at this point).

Once you're in the PBEM lobby you'll see challenges on the left that can be joined. Your opponent will hopefully have told you their user name and the password they have used when setting up the challenge as you will need to enter that.

I discovered the problem, I have the Steam version but needed the Matrix version to accept challenges, so bought it...and it still doesn't work. My Matrix dashboard is identical to the Steam version, I can't accept challenges, there is no option to do so. Like Rock, Paper, Scissors it seems the Steam version wins in a conflict. Matrix did send me a specific patch for my situation but it doesn't work or I can't get it to work, my Matrix dashboard still likes like Steams'. So I'm stuck with Steam which isn't bad because I have a great game going over there with an opponent that I've locked horns with about 1/2 dozen times now. So I want to finish that game, and I'd also have to get his agreement to migrate to Matrix. So if anyone wants to send me an Axis 1939 Fall Weiss turn from Steam we can play straight away, otherwise I just have to wait to finish my current game. Bob.

The thought occurred to me, are we talking apples and oranges? Is there some accepting option NOT in the game itself, but on this Matrix site somewhere? If so tell me how to get to it. But as to the Matrix game itself, PBEM, there is NO option to accept challenges like I've seen pasted on this site. Doesn't exist.
