Partisans are way too tough

Sorry but at 19 to 1 and air support this should not happen. And forget attacking partisans with security divisions.

taking a 1:1 battle result is ridiculous[:D].

My securing Italian\Hungarian\Romanian divisions(corps) sometimes even lose combat with partisans, what a shame.

(anyway, is that possible to having Division or Corp Scale partisans? These garrison soldiers must betrayed their nation to having so many enemy being active.)
Victory at all costs.

Just get red of the Partisan's or put in a yes/no switch on start up if you want them. They don`t belong in a Grand Strategic level game.

Playing computer War Games for 15+ years I have NEVER heard a gamer say " I really want partisans in this game "

You rolled a 2 in the WIF 2d10 system. It happens.

You are also attacking in a blizzard it seems.
