Can't disband Rumanian unit

Can't disband Rumanian unit

I want to disband this Rumanian unit, but can't. It is on supply, on a rail, has 6MP left, and sits in Rumania. It is a newly respawned unit after I merged it with another one. Could be a reason, but when I merge German infantry divisions, they can be immediately disbanded after respawning.

+ why can't you change MAX TOE of newly respawned units?

you can but not on the first turn only a bit later. I guess to reflect that it takes time to scale up to a higher ToE when first respawned?

They're stuck at 50% max TOE for three turns until unfrozen I believe.

Possible, but overall that is a weird and pointless rule, a useless exception/extra treatment of a few units.

True heheh. They should put a warning on the box: Game can contain useless exceptions.

If exceptions appear as useless, they were probably added to prevent players from ahistorically optimizing too much to squeeze every ounce of performance/resources for frontline units.

Procedure:
a) someone finds a very good optimizing solution by using some overlooked ability
b) solution spreads, becomes part of meta, some people cry against it, some are happy
c) devs roflstomp that loophole
d) go to a)
