DONE! The fall of Bombay and the destruction of those defending troops there bring the Indian campaign to a succesful end. It was a full success! Recon shows some troops at Madras down South and the rest of India that we didn't conquer seems to be empty. Noticed some Allied air transport losses over the last turns and asked Mundy what he is up to and received the reply that he has an operation going somewhere. Took a look at the map and all I can imagine is that he is airlifting out troops from India to Ceylon but he could also do that with ships so I rather doubt that. On the other hand the unit count at Madras is 10 and the troop count is only 8000 so that could mean he's airlifting troops out and the heavy equipment is left back, like an Indian Dunkerque...

Hard to say … looks like your bde was still unloading so it was missing support and supply. Check how it looks, maybe rest a day or two and see.

no chance to take Cebu with that unit alone, daily Allied bombardments make it worse disabling a dozen squads on average... lol, thought a 60 av unit would be sufficient to take Cebu after one year of starvation

True! Together with the 20 ressource centers there the Allied were producing bullets and shells for over a year. Oh well, no biggy, even if it's quite silly to only bring 200 av and think the enemy would be starved to death.

RE: AAR 1943
no sign of any real enemy activity, I don't expect the Allied to try something in the next couple of months... the turns have become a) very fast and b) insanely boring... all I do at the moment is playing Logistics Tycoon in the Pacific, redeploying lots of units and moving supplies to where it is needed... we do spot a good number of enemy subs each turn but that's about it... spotting and succesfully attacking some other ships is a real highlight, there is no more real ground war going and the air war stopped weeks if not months ago... this means I'm only going to post days where at least something happened but be aware it's not day by day anymore...

You could post a turn with "Nothing much" about each area, with any highlights noted.
