MTB in open Ocean?

It's a bit weird to see MTB in the middle of the ocean ...

Couldn't/Shouldn't limit their operation to coastal waters?

To discourage this I gave them less Action Points than other naval units, but as we don't have more than one type of sea hex (limiting them to coastal only would be too restrictive) I'm afraid this is the best we can do as things stand.

You could do something different. Historically PT boats were shipped to distant war zones on cargo ships. Code it so a PT can be transported, and leave the low action points. That will get them to far war zones quickly (Solomons, Philippines) but still tether them closely. It would be quite historical and they wouldn’t be ahistorically sailing across the oceans.

For 75 bux, a pop, these are fun pieces. Rather annoying to the enemy, can absort a hit or two, & if they are sunk, who cares. I just smoked a bowl, knocked down half box of ice cream drumsticks, and upgraded my MT's.
