US corps maximum entrenched - using canadian fox holes???

I moved a US corps into a hex where the canadians had been digging in (maximum entrenchment). I first moved the Canadians back, then moved the US corps into the hex. They got the maximum entrenchment value at once.

Which version? I tested this and it doesn't happen in the current beta
