How do I change the names of the convoy routes?

I've seen that file, but I don't see how to use it. The editor doesn't have a "load escort zone" button. How do you do it?

Not behind my PC right now, but there must be a load option for these names somewhere. Perhaps somewhat obfuscatesly named, but still.

Data -> Load Logistics Names ..... since convoys are part of the logistics map.

Don't change the size of the file data.

Today I am in a rush out the door. But I think this is correct. PM me if it isn't. Have to help my family. So I am answering quick things now.
