Stick this in your C:\Documents\My Games\CloseCombatTheBloodyFirst\Maps folder and try to smoke it as the US

So I just copy that into campaign/main/data/maps and it improves the AI?

No, just a custom scenario where the GE AI has many more assets than the US. Fairly simple to create battles, ops even campaigns designed so the side intended to be played by the AI is a much stronger challenge. I'm enjoying a GC where, via scripting, I only control one unit in my company while the AI controls the rest of my force vs. an AI controlled GE/IT.

The point is there are different play options other than the stock battles, ops & camps. EG. you can script battles to start immediately after entering the Deploy phase for a taste of what it's like as the AI to play from a default setup.
