I have just uploaded Modern world war to the scenario bank on Vic's site. I want to thank Ernie and Ormand for their help in programing events.

Morale works like this. Say regime 1 is at war with Regime 2, after 5yrs of war the morale event kicks in, and you start losing morale points. This in turn will cause your economy to decline. This can be remedied by the morale card that once played will reverse the negative morale. This card costs 200PP and will be available each turn.

The economy card when played will reduce your manpower levels by 2%. Also, when your nation defeats the nation you are at war with, once they surrender, you receive a portion of their resources and manpower.

Hi, I went to VR designs site but can't find neither the scenario bank nor Modern World War ... Any link ?

there are two lion_of_judah creators and both are mine. I do not know why this is this way, but it is. Look for each one and check the scenario's out because its there.

The scenario bank is here https://www.vrdesigns.net/scenariobank.php - if you want only Advanced Tactics (which AT Gold can still run AFAIK) or Advanced Tactics Gold scenarios you have to filter it using the drop-downs.
It could sure be easier to find and to browse.
