Japan declaring war on US

I was having a looking at the _events.txt file and I have two questions to ask.

1. Lines 858 ~ 867: Japan declares war on the US and the US joins the Allies.

The following two things are supposed to happen according to the the text:
a) US's entry is increased by 45, which is not correct (line 863: entryshift=200) and
b) The allies lose 20 production points which I did not manage to find it in the file.

2. Lines 2789 ~ 2817: Persian rail added at Tabriz

The text describing the incindent which occurs (Persia joined either Axis or the Allies), I think it should be reversed. Otherwise the message one gets when Persia has joined the Allies is that the Germans extend the railway line in Persia and if Persia has joined the Axis the allies open the Lend-Lease supply route in Persia.

Any help would be appreciated.

200 entry is just to ensure they come in.

The 20 loss of production is a change in resource within the Pacific Resources. It is lowered for the UK.

Don't touch the Persian rail. That is a tricky section that has to balance convoys, rail lines, and entry into the war.

I understand the thing about the entry but then the message should be corrected.
I can't find the line for UK's reduced production. where exactly is it?
I have no intention of messing with the persian rail. I was just pointing out that the text messages that the player gets when this event is triggered do not correspond to the event. I mean if Persia joins the allies the player gets a message that the germans are extending the railway and if Persia joins the Axis the player gets the message that the allies open the lend lease corridor on german controlled hexes.

The UK event is missing in the 1939 scenario. I'll check all the scenarios.
