Industry information, what does this mean

Hi Fellow AE-Addicted

As Allied player you normally do not need to tweak production. Nevertheless I`d like to know what the grayed out light industry and shipyard fields mean

The greyed out fields mean you cannot click them and change the fields to OFF setting.
