Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

In my current game I just conquered France and Belgium. I also have Yugoslavia as an ally. I didn't attack the Netherlands. Should I go for it now or pass it by? I'm looking at it as a possible buffer state.
Thanks for any opinions.

It's easy MPPS, so I'd recommend it. Usually, it's taken along with Belgium and Luxembourg.

I would take it. The extra mpp's you will make every turn for the rest of the game outweighs any other consideration.

Allowing the Dutch to defend their own country instead of having to garrison it is an interesting thought though. I wonder if there is a situation where it would be feasible... the dutch units that would appear upon invasion would be more than the single garrison Germany would put there, and they would be free..but the lost income would hurt.

How many MPPs per turn are we talking? The idea of leaving them alone would possibly work if the Allies attacked them.
Thanks.
