Hi

The game freezes for a second or two every so often during the orders phase but is fine when processing the turn ??

I am guessing your RAM is full and the game has to swap to disk when you call up new info by clicking on something. You can easily fix this by saving the game and restarting it to clear the RAM. The info that fills it up accumulates as you give your orders and review things, so you will need to restart periodically.
