having issues on steeam

so i got a steam key, cause i want to play the Updated 12.04, anyways something went wrong, when i launch the game the Intro video doesnt play, well it plays but i cant see the 3 intros, so i let it load, then exit and verify Integrity of All game files, it fixs it, i launch the game same thing, so i redo steps above, again missing files, it verifies them and fixs it, launch again same issue, wtf ? go and check it again ALL FILES VERIFIED, launch STILL CANT SEE THE INTRO VIDEOS< i can hear them not see them. can someone at matrix help please?

With my Steam Version i didnt see the Intro Videos long time but hear it,skip themand all runs nice. For a few weeks i start the game and,oh wonder i see and hear the Intro,but at this time i become a Runtime error in MP games in 80% if i try to end or save a MP game.I only run 1.11.03. Seems one of the Windows patches in the last weeks changed something….

I can see the movies are encoded using WMV3 (video) and WMA2 (audio).

that didnt help my problem, i d k what i can do. so i just went a reinstalled the matrix version. wish i could get it fixwed that wayt it Automatically updates when new betas come out
