Looking for PBEM opponent

I'm new to this game, not to gaming. Looking to play my first WarPlan PBEM game... I should play as Axis vs experienced opponent... can do at least 1 turn/day (or more). I would prefer to start at Barbarossa (1941) scenario, but the 1939 scenario is good too. Using the 1.07 update with Alvaro's scenario update. I have loaded the 1939 scorched earth mod map into all my scenarios, but if the map would affect PBEMI will load the vanilla map at opponents' request.
