PBEM++ support coming?

Post by Yskonyn »

Over at Grogheads I am going to host a 4 player PBEM game and I am rather surprised the game does not utilize the excellent PBEM++ system from Matrix/Slitherine! Will this be supported later on?

The manual doesn’t mention turn flow for PBEM, but is it the old fashioned way of just sending over savegames to the next player once the previous player has run a turn?
Or does the game have a WEGO element where the host processes the turn for everyone once orders have been given? In that case I would like to know if there should be a special routine to process and distribute turns.

Thanks!

Its old fashioned IGO-UGO

And yeah ideally I would have implemented that feature. But there are dozens of other things I want to implement as well and each of them take 1-2 weeks to do. And in the end I have to prioritize.

That being said, it is something that is still on my nice-to-have list.

best wishes,
Vic

Understandable! At least its no frills IGO/UGO, so little hassle.
Thanks for the quick response.
