LIS Points

My agriculture dome is at -45% production because 'Only 55 LIS points were available'. I've tried, but I can't find out what LIS points are … help please, thanks.

Logistic points. So your roads basically. Upgrade that dirt road if you don't have enough LIS or build on your rail roads (or cities).
That's the basics. Btw, not not sure that abbreviation is found in the manual at all unfortunately.

Logistics points (truck/train points). Resource assets (mines for example) require 100 LIS points per asset upgrade level to produce and deliver their goods at 100%. A level 3 mine would need 300 LIS points at that location at the start of the turn for example.

Page 114 under 'Logistics' - For a Public Asset to have unimpaired production or construction progress
it needs to be on a Hex that has at least 100 Logistical Points for each Asset
Level at the start of the turn on its trajectory to its City. (for Private Assets
its only 50 Logistical Points per Asset Level)

That's what I came up with too. I seriously have spent hours pondering the question.

Thanks for your help guys. I assumed it was Logistic points, and I nationalised a truck facility to improve my Logistic points. The dome is right beside a city. The points improved, but I still have the LIS negative production. I tried all that before posting too … [:)]

No reference anywhere to LIS that I can find, in the manual, or the game?

There’s a das tactic video that, alongside re-Reading the Manual a few time’s, helped me get the hang of it. I was struggling with this too to begin with.
I think it’s referenced in the logistics 101 bit?
