No Oil from Romania

In the Barbarossa scenario, the axis has been stopped by lack of oil having about 103 oil per turn to work with... but this turn (Sept 41) I did not receive any oil from Romania. There is a clear rail line from Ploesti to Berlin. Romania has a 41 oil in its stockpile. Is this WAD? Why isn't oil coming from Romania?

I gave up trying to upload a screenshot after it kept saying file is too large? I used to upload screenshots without issue, so not sure what isn't working.

You might be blowing through it all too fast. It is possible.

You should be getting 70 a turn according to the June 22 1941.

If you hit "T" you will see all the trade lines.

I did take a look at the scenario and it is functioning correctly.

Definitely going through it too fast, and was getting 70 per turn until this past turn (mid-Sept 41), when I got 26 and noticed the Romanians did not send any and listed their oil supply as 40. I'm guessing that if I used their air force too much and ran their oil to 0 they must keep all the Ploesti fields oil for themselves, right?

I'm not an oil expert but I do know you have to crop screenshots before uploading them - in this game at least.
