Unit number question?

I hope this isn't a dumb question, but when you view a unit eg. Militia bikers it says 300x Miltia Bikers. Does that mean literally 300 bikes/units?

If this is the case how can i split them up?

Orders bar on the right-- "Transfer/BG" allows you to cross level between units in the same hex.

For example, to raise a 50 Buggy independent battalion requires 500 troops and 50 Buggies. After the battalion is created you can move some Buggies to another unit (i.e. the target).

There must be a receiving/target unit in order to move equipment. You cannot create a new unit with a "split".

The receiving/target unit must be authorized Buggies in its TO&E as well. I don't believe you can create adhoc units at the moment (i.e. units without a TO&E).

There is also a minimum number of equipment that must be maintained in the source unit.

As an aside, you can also assign units to a new OHQ (like a Brigade echelon, etc.) with Unit Admin in the same orders bar. I believe that's called "Change HQ" in that screen.

Yes; and the losses are the actual bikes being destroyed and need to be replaced.

Those are the models you can design and produce given the research. Troopers are models as well. For example, 500 Soldier II's are 500 guys in the kit you modeled and called Soldier II -- Laser Rifle, Battle Dress, and bug juice.

Ok thanks for confirming that, was just a bit surprised in the number, this was one of my starting units. And Fury Road is a great movie, looking forward to its sequel if it will be made by same director.
