Please Increase Rare Life Forms %

Per the 'tool tip' for the Seth Class:
"It is rare, but possible they host an Alien biology with non water-based type of life."

I have tried re-rolling for minutes on end & yet to have any life forms appear.
Not a huge deal, but I was hoping for a chance to get a life form similar to what we see on the fictional planet of Arrakis.
I would like to see the 'rare' setting be adjusted up to allow for such things; or at least an option to do so for one's enjoyment.

I've got a Seth planet currently with a grass analog, and supposedly a herbivore (not seen it yet). So it is possible.

Quite nice actually, it's a red and green planet [:)]

That is why I suggested an option to increase the 'rare %'.
One's definition of rare can differ; particularly if rare is, almost always, never per what the game is allowing.

What kind of seth planet did you generate for that? I've been sticking in the 20s planet temp, around 1 gravity, earth-like atmosphere and old planet. Anything I should change or just re-roll a lot?

Interestingly, the lava planet can have life on it.
