ce vs. fr

I'm still using version "ce" What is the the version most used now. Maybe I have to find room on the old HD for both versions??

Personally I sent my ce to limbo (storage) fr is being played and scenarios are written for it now, personally I like it better because it has so many new scenarios. It also has additional graphics which helps.

You might want to keep ce around, particularly if you're fairly new to H2H. There are MANY older scenarios which won't play properly vs the AI on fr, because of the change in the MMG coding. However, if you never play vs the AI, you can safely dump ce. (I, for one designer, have taken to marking my fr scenarios with "H2Hfr" so a player will know they were designed with the final revision, and the MMG's have been adjusted so the scenario can be played vs the AI if desired.)

Chief, most of those "new" scenarios in fr were designed with ce but weren't included on the ce menu.

I think the PBEM crowd has gone with H2H.fr. I just treated it as an upgrade and wrote right over my .ce version.
