Bug in the Forum-Software

I'm as a new Forum user are not allowed to post links.(I'm fine with that)

My Problem is, since a other User has postet a link, i am not able anymore to reply on a Topic.I get an error, that i am not allowed to post Links even though i had no link im my reply. I think this is not indented.

Are you replying or quoting? Might be a quote of someone else's link is the issue.
