Is that possible to change the picture of the generals ? And how ?

I have never done it myself but understand it is as simple as replacing their existing photo in the folder "Gary Grigsby's War in the East\Dat\Art\photo" with another one using the same name. Catop also made a general's photo mod and I can send you the link for it if you wish.
