LEADERS Shortcut

Could we please have even all that SHORTCUTS ,which are only seen "left up" -->
under MNG ( ASSET MODEL LEADER ... )
direct and always to the ones where (PREFS STATS etc.) are.

atm it is 2 times more clicking every turn for me
as I always start with my leaders ...

The GUI should be centered more around the LEADERS , as they should be the important part in this game and what makes it more intresting than other games ...
