Mine resource disapeared

I was building a mine on a metal resource and another empire walked over it and after he left hex there is now nothing there. Reclaimed it thinking it might be a recon issue of some sort but the resource is now gone. I've saved two save files one while resource was still there and one after it disappeared if this helps let me know where to send them.

update: turns out it is a graphical glitch I thought to see if I could still construct a mine there and it recognizes that the resource is still there. Yet it wont reappear.

This makes me wonder about a scouting issue I have their city surrounded and have intel on them showing units but at start of next turn every time it then shows no units in the city hex unless I move another unit around the area then what I discovered before shows up.

update:

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled game using latest installer and reloaded the saved game and same thing happens.

Also noticed that sometimes (been reloading this save a lot testing stuff lol) that units will not appear in the history playback until they move. This part is inconsistent though sometimes the units in history will appear other times they wont unless they are moving.

Updated to 1.02 beta 2 and bug is still happening.
