Scroll Bar Looks Terrible + Cultist Card Feedback

This does not look at all like a scrollbar. It should have a much starker contrast of the "bar" and the "scroll region." As it stands, they are almost the same color and the bar outsizes the region.

As a side note, it's very annoying to have to select Targets for Unit cards (like adding a Cult member) to have to click, scroll down, try to remember who I've given one of these cultists to already, use the card on them... and then repeat. It should show me which units have these cultists assigned to them, and how many. Ideally we'd be able to order the list so that I only see those without cultists as valid targets.

Unlike other scrollbars in the game, this one also can't be scrolled with the mouse wheel for some reason, it has to be clicked-and-dragged. Having mouse wheel scrolling enabled here would be convenient.

Yes, this needs to be drastically improved for QoL. There are plenty of other good UI elements in the game. This one appears to have been a little bit forgotten about.

Totally agree. Make it a tiny bit wider while you're adding that contrast. It's so thin and hard to click on.
