Default Leader sorting

In the management (MNG) screen for Leaders, can we please get a standard sorting?

Right now it's all over the place. Reserves interspersed between everything, Governers between Directors etc.

Maybe just as follows:

SHQ Commanders
Advisors
Secretary
Directors
Governors
OHQ Commanders
Reserves

Personally I prefer sorting by "Natural Relations Point" so I would dislike that default [:D]

A sorting by job type? Could propably be added. If it is not already there (hard to tell tabs full of columns to make appear)

But any "default sorting" will have to be user set-able or just be "whatever you last used" or never work.

I would like to see secondary sorting as well. What I mean by this is doing an initial sort, say by Capability Class, and then a following subsort, say by Intelligence. This would give me a nice ordered list of people that might fit a certain role, in my example for the research type roles (Economic, Military, Model or Governor even)

Sure but does the game remember your sorting? Doesn't do it for me I think.
Besides, Natural Relations vary as well and you can still get new leaders pop up anywhere in the order.
At least with sorting other than 'when they arrived sort of', I know quickly where to look

There should definitely be sorting options! Why can't we sort by relation, faction, type (commander, director, advisor, governor), and so on? It seems so obvious.

For everything but type: We already can!
You just need to enable the column on the left side. Once enabeled, you can sort by it.
