Move Cost: Oil - How is it calculated?

Hi everyone,

How is Move Cost: Oil (in design log) calculated?

This is driving me wild. Whenever I think I figured it out, a newly designed Model proves me wrong.

I can't figure it out. It's super important for designing new models that fit your fuel budget.

Has anyone figured out the formula? No luck searching the manual.

Nope.. Sure like to know :) Size of the unit matters alot... A buggy sips its fuel while a tank destroyer is binging it :)
