Confirmation for actions

There needs to be a are u sure? Yes/no option for a lot of interactions, one of the worst offenders is at planet creation how Restart and Reroll are right next to each other and do not require confirmation.

Also, next turn with decisions pending.... build road/rail with more than two hexes in path.

Also "Next Turn" if you aren't on the Main Map. Someone else brought that up in a post.

They mentioned the button for next turn is positioned where an "X" for close usually sits.
