Serious lag on 4k

There is some serious lag in everything when playing on 4k. That is if you don't use the highest font setting (I'm not on the computer, don't remember the term used in prefs). Anybody else experienced this? It's not the strain put on the hardware, just not seeing it. Seems more like a bug or something. I have the ryzen 3600,16gb 3200 memory and a 1080gtx.

I found that it's better not to use the ingame DPI setting, but use the program settings in windows. No lag anymore for me.

For example if you want 150% DPI, set it up in the program shortcut.
