Show relevant skills when filling empty cabinet position.

As it stands, when you look at a leader's profile, it will show an asterisk next to skills used in their current position; however, when you're selecting filling an empty position it doesn't show that marker since the character is not yet employed in that position.

I would really like to see this changed to highlight/mark relevant skills for an empty position being filled, or at least reference the relevant skills right in the appointment decision's text.

The current workaround would be checking the relevant skills in the manual or in the Organizations Report screen, but I can only agree it would be a nice quality of life improvement.
