1.03 graphic glitch when passing turn

I wasnt having this problem since 1.02 but I got again once than I patched the game. Here is the save-file. I hope than you can also track down this variant Vic whenever you have a chance.

It seems to happen the first turn after loading a save file.
It is an ugly glitch but will not impact your real game.
Hope to have this fixed in the upcoming open beta patch.
