Meritocraty Food/pop perk does not work

It gains no additional food.

Have you check the Zone production Tooltip?
As it works only on pop and worker, it should take effect on the Zone level.

Edit: Okay, I found one savegame where I had it. I aslo can not see any sight of such a bonus being added.
My best guess is that maybe it is added as private food (wich would really need to be communicated clearly), so accounting for it is really hard.

Yes I checked the Zone production tooltip. I also checked the private production tooltip.
The perk has no effect

Checked it. It is working, but not getting logged, so not visible in tooltips.
