YAY! Birthday dinner time with my daughter and family whom I have seen rarely these last three months. Order in sushi from the best such restaurant in the city, with fine beverages and healthy appetizers! I should have birthdays more often!ORIGINAL: Orm
Yay. Dinner time. With the parents.
Weather is finally sunny too!

Yes, indeed. But I have changed the spelling of the two uses into 'to'. So now they both are spelled 'to'. I see you use the old, faulty, spelling of the word to.ORIGINAL: Chickenboy
Your two uses of the word 'to' are one too many. As my follow-up post stated, your 'to slow' was one of the two uses of 'to', but one too many. It should have been 'too'. Not two too many, just one too many.
I'm sorry again. I meant that there were not two too many, just one too many. Or insufficient quantities of 'too'. In that case, it should have been 'too' few. Not two few or 'tofu' (that's something completely different) or even 'to few' (as that's also something completely different). But too few 'too'. Phew!

Yet Swedes are often mistaken for Swiss, or Norwegians, and so on. I even, at least once, seen Swedes mistaken for Dutch. And I've been mistaken for German when I was in France. It was a bit frosty before I realized it and informed them I was Swedish. Amazing how fast the French become warm and friendly. [:)]
Anyway, I thought it might be a bit fun to wander back a bit in history when the Irish were included in the creation of the Scots. A few quotes to show my reasoning.
The Scottish people or Scots, are a nation and ethnic group native to Scotland. Historically, they emerged from an amalgamation of two Celtic-speaking peoples, the Picts and Gaels, who founded the Kingdom of Scotland (or Alba) in the 9th century.
For most of Ireland's recorded history, the Irish have been primarily a Gaelic people
"Scotland" comes from Scoti, the Latin name for the Gaels.
Beginning in the sixth century, the area that is now Scotland was divided into three areas: Pictland, a patchwork of small lordships in central Scotland; the Anglo-Saxon Kingdom of Northumbria, which had conquered southeastern Scotland; and Dál Riata, founded by settlers from Ireland, bringing Gaelic language and culture with them.

Maybe not. Probably not. But what he are, and what he think he is, might be two different things altogether.
Although, one could claim that you are what you say you are. Who am I to say different.
