Ice mine in a hot area

An ice mine spawned in an area that's very close to equator, in a permanently hot area. It happened in 1.2 though.

You can get icemnes on a lava planet.
It propably respresents deposits of Liquid water that take centuries to replenish, that you "pump up".
The builing is called a "Ice Mine", but the resources only ever speak of "Water" being there.

And some of those are simply there, so major regimes can survive.

Possible Bug: I had a ice mine in an area with ice in winter and without ice in summer. The mine was removed in summer because the "unlimited water" was depleted. As it would have worked in winter again, please patch it to "not auto-remove" the mine in summer.
