Is there a way to see all the tooltip text of all the cards?

Other than a very bare bones listing of all the cards in the pdf manual, there is no readable information on the various stratagem cards, outside of playing the game and reading the tooltips of the cards as they are dealt to you in the normal course of play.

Is there a way to access that tooltip info outside of the game? Reason I'm wondering is, I'm thinking about putting together some sort of strategy guide to the stratagems, and there are cards gated behind very high level ideologies (ie, Democracy-80) that I've never actually seen in play, and am unlikely to see anytime soon.

I would love there to be something like that. Thus far, I have not found it.

You can read the info of cards you haven't unlocked yet on the PROF - regime feats screen in the Management tab.

I wish the manual had a full listing of all the cards and descriptions alongside the full card art.

Also for a future Hardback edition, a little physical set of some of these cards would be incredible.

Unless I'm missing something, the PROF screen doesn't really go into much detail either. Critically, it does not say which skills are involved in the rolls (if any).

I think what you are asking for, is the "Effects when played" part of the Tooltip?

The Managament Screen and Strategem Listing omit it. All we get the Description at the bottom of the card, wich aside from Postures is utterly useless.
