Disciplining a leader increases relation instead of decresing

In a national decision "Incident with Traders" I chose the last option, which reverses the decision and denounces the leader for their actions. That option shows that the relations with that leader are expected to decrese.

The outcome screen shows that the relations with the leader and their faction increased instead.

After closing the event outcome screen and opening Reports => Overviews => Personnel Overview, the row for that leader does show a relation decrease, but the in the tooltip it's written that theres a +4 from the event above.

I think it is a case where the individual and the collective interest for mr Hunter are in conflict. He suffers a personal affront, but he is also the Leader of a Faction, which very probably likes "Commerce".

I'll see if i can fix the mouseover that misses the the big drop.
